Par 3s, par 5s, Hardest and Famous (I think that's the correct order) Edit - forgot to say...relatively benign conditions as well. Only one shot at them this time around and only 72 hours to get your round in. I notice that r0880 has managed an ace at the 9th (though the country club notice board doesn't say if it's actually in this tournament) - I managed 4 bogeys in my round!! I'm now on a new one, and have moved up from Windows XP to Windows 7 (just wish I could work out how to get the play game window to show everything in widescreen, which it did in XP but don't now for some reason, does for JKB but not for any other site). If there is a league competition starting soon I'm in, although clearly a bit rusty, and I seem to have forfeited my place in the tounament Boof set up. AS LEAGUE 2013/14 To take part in the league, you need to be able to commit to play one game a week over the winter, although each team will be allowed to make a number of ?substitutions? if necessary in order to fulfill fixtures. The first round of fixtures is scheduled to take place from Monday 11th November. There will be some minor rule changes from last year, but I?ll announce those closer to the time (and yes, Beats, not using 'certain' courses will be among them). Sign-up will remain open from now until Sunday 10th November when teams will be determined based on players? WGT averages on that date. Here we go..... SIGN-UP SHEET (cut and paste as used).... 1st your JKB monicker, then your WGT... 1 - ArmiyaRomanova/ayeball 2 - Hopefully enough folk will sign up to get a small league drawn up starting mid-November. Sixteen players (eight teams) would be ideal, so time for some folk to emerge from the woodwork now the nights are drawing in. Newb's, of course, very welcome. Just played it, 3 under after 4, lost 3 shots on the 6th and 7th to go back to level par after 9. Birdies at 11, 14, 15 and 17 saw me standing on the 18th tee at 4 under par. The date been suggested is Sat 14th December. We are home to Caley Thistle. Hospitality for the game is ?102 (if you allow the club to sell your season ticket seat) and well worth every penny. It's a fantastic day. Obviously out afterwards as well. Those you don't fancy the hospitality we could meet at 6 in the Tynie Arms. Hospitality is done by then.
