Sorry LC basically there are good guys(some with special roles others that don't have a role at all) and there are bad guys. The point of the game if you are a good guy is to vote off all the bad guys. The point of the game if you are a bad guy is to stay undetected and knock folk off at "night time" while perhaps influencing voting during the day. that's basically the game at its simplest. hope that helps. For everyone else's benefit, I've used secret messages on-thread in the past (totally within the rules of the game) - that's how, a few games ago, I was the cop and able to state secretly that I trusted two other posters...in that game Jenny and Dave. We'd used a system of the first letter of every sentence to pass on who we thought was dodgy or definitely clean (after I'd investigated them). Now if Panda thinks he's discovered something in my postings up to now then it's been an incredible coincidence...I truly have NO allies (other than the good roled and roleless townies) in this game.
