Not really but are your software updates up to date? iPads can be sketchy if they’re not constantly updated to the latest version.

Either Hearts are wrong or are trying to cover up the mess they have made of ST's and streaming. a PPV option is a non starter due to the £35 per game they need to charge.

Thinking about this again.

They wouldn't need to charge £35 per game. People that have seats at this cost normally sit in their seat.

If I walk up, I pay the same to sit in the same section.

But I can alternatively pay a cheaper walk up price in a cheaper section.

PPV streams should reflect these prices. I said it previously that £20 would be a fair price. If PPV becomes available.

 

This obviously disadvantages the most expensive seats.

Possibly need to work out a different carry forward for different price ranges. 

 

Bronze st is £330/18=£18.33

 

Also think children should get their own log in too.

so emailed and they said they couldn’t find me on system asked for My seats details and then it was sorted

You've got that wrong.

 

Read the email from Hearts again - "Under 16s can watch the match via the log in details attributed to the adult season ticket linked to their account"

 

Use sister's log in if she is the adult account.

question though ,is it possible to get the picture from either my I phone or I pad onto the tv ( Sony Bravia ) ? Tried using the screen mirroring but no connection, is there any apps or cables I need to use ? 
if you can help explain it .pretend you’re talking to a bairn, I’m not very good at this stuff 😂😂😂

Depends firstly on your tv. Is it internet connected. If not you need an internet connector eg Chromecast (£30).

Problem I have is: trying to log in on tv via HDMI on my laptop. I can get to login page put in exactly th same credentials and it won't let me login.

Any ideas? Would be grateful for any help guys/gals

Sorry I'm an android user. I thought an iPad would have a standard hdmi connection but my daughter assures me it's a special cable. Might be your answer for next week if you cant mirror.

Ebay might be cheapest for said cable?

I can’t log in my dad, son or daughter who all have 6 digit references. I’ve done what they said with the extra dash but still saying invalid.

I’ve emailed but haven’t had a reply.

Has anyone else had trouble with 6 number references?

Listen I never come on here and criticise the club but feel they have messed this up, why should the 5 year old need to go elsewhere to watch it, and what if he can’t go elsewhere and wants to watch it at his own house?

You’ll struggle to get an iPhone/iPad connected to anything other than an Apple TV. There might be cables out there that do the trick but best option is trying to get a laptop then using a HDMI cable.

I had the same problem with Hisense (not so smart tv) doesn't seem to find a link for some reason.

I've ended up using laptop and HDMI lead.

It would be so typical of Hearts just now that they would launch a new project at 4.00pm, and the Helpdesk Support team would log off and go home at 4.05pm.

 

As a PS Dine in the Sky meal last night was outstanding, again.
