League cup games are what will whet the appetite imo.

Those who haven’t renewed will be seriously tempted.

Great stuff.

Can you imagine. We'd  be accused of copying Hibs who announce their latest season ticket sales every hour.

Nah, that would take the excitement out of it imo. Like seeing "+22, +30 etc" compared to constant wee updates of 2 or 3.

There does appear to be a pattern of higher daily sales now than there was a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully it'll continue through to the start of the league season.

My guess...

Now entering the final pay period for many people before the season starts.

Also we are now in the period where tickets put on credit cards don’t need to be paid or gather interest before the season starts.

Anyone notice some thing wrong with the pricing

structure ?

That picture backs up what my dad told me at the time. We moved out from the main stand (North) and didn't get a season ticket the next year as there were no children's prices available anymore in our section. It certainly does look like all families had to go to the Enclosure for a concession price but we didn't want to sit there.

There’s no 2 parent 2 children option

also no   2 parent 3 children.

probably not the answer you’re looking for.

The price for an adult for the ground was £50 a juvenile was £30 = £80 for parent and child if bought seperately.

The price for a parent and one child in the family section (with the poorest view in the stadium iirc) was £100.

Marketing wasn't a strong point back then.

oops I've  just remembered you got a seat in the family enclosure.

I teckon by the time we hit the first league game the dot count will be at about 13,000 so with hospitality added we’ll be looking at about 13,300 which is superb and only about 300 down on last season.

When my late dad took me to matches in the early 70's, we mostly stood in the ground (I often sat on the wall), or occasionally the enclosure (I watched the Centenary match there).

These were the terms my dad and uncles used, and I naturally followed suit.

Count today at 5pm.

Wheatfield   -      955

Main             -      653

Gorgie          -      480

Total             -    3271

Based on 15,934 available seats for regular season tickets, 12,663 sold (+26 from yesterday's figure).

Notwithstanding the caveats mentioned previously, it's possible that ALL sales are now around 12,900.

How many extra sales have we had since Naismith signed?  His signing must have shifted at least 35 additional season tickets.

Plus 37 today. Nice round 12,700.

In reality I would be delighted with 20 again. Nice steady growth. Looking like we will not be that far behind last years total.

Just got an email and my seat is being removed due to them making a TV studio. Just my luck, thought I had a great seat now I will have to see what else is left. I can't say I am ecstatic at trying to get a decent seat now but I suppose these things happen. Hopefully something decent is left.

The price of progress.

A wee note of caution today - 10 seats disappeared from sale out of Premium in the main stand. However, 10 seats appear to have been released dotted around the Wheatfield. Probably unconnected - but 10 sales in Premium in one day is a good bit of business for the club, if they are indeed sales.
