But if the report (as it was before amendment) no longer exists as an official document, perhaps it has been erased from officialdom itself and cannot be gained via a FOI request. Is there just one version of the report? Are there two? Is there still an official draft copy of the original? Can an unofficial draft copy be gained via a FOI?
