I’ve seen it used to describe people displaying what are (imo) simple, decent human kindness and empathy. I’ve also seen it used to describe people being extremely easily offended. Far too many precious posters who need to develop a thicker skin imo. Everyone has an opinion on just about everything. That’s life. Deal with it.
