With 95% of fans against him, the players not performing for him how the hell at 12.15pm on Monday is he still in a job?

What other club would still have him at the helm with 95% of fans against him?

Is it a case of Budge against everyone?

He played well for a few games in the top league under Stendel, and Levein in poor teams.
Whether he succeeds in his career is another thing altogether.
Good luck to him.

I would rather see Moore and Morrison trying and failing rather than the journeyman wingers brought it.

Tbf, by the time Levein got sacked I had high blood pressure and heart palpitations most days. I didn't think I was going to survive any longer!

What's this twitter chat about Neilson being emptied and Alex Neil in the frame, speculative nonsense I assume?

I agree though, how on earth is he still in position.

I think Budge even knows the constant discontent is no good for the club.

Agreed, it was a huge relief when he was moved, not sacked. It was also good when he finally left at the end of his contract and our ST sales went from 5k to over 11k, much to Budge’s surprise.

Guy that's posted it posts a lot of rubbish normally unfortunately. Would love it to be true, but wouldn't use that account for any serious hope.

Personally I think she’s love to cut most of us off completely, provided we were still providing donations for her to waste.

The last bit is what will our pressure on her.

Probably. Which as you point out is why pressure needs to keep being applied.

Is Stewart not a loan as is Kastaneer? (Not that that excuses Stewarts howlers this week.
Gordon - pass

Halliday - pass (i think he does the dirty stuff to allow Irving to perform - which Irving hasnt)

Roberts / Frear - both offer something but have not performed

Popescu - this place is bonkers - he epitomises it - hes awesome - hes shite etc , personally if id made that pass for the Queens first id expect not to play for a lonnnnng time.

Ginnelly - showed glimpses , cant keep fit but we signed him in the Championship , jury is out

GMS - seems to be settling down - think he will come good

McEneff - has looked good and seems to have a good football brain - similar to GMS i think he will come good

Kastaneer - made a lot of good runs but gets lost in the game - think hes been made a scapegoat a bit

Gnanduillet - has superb feet , misses some easy chances , his disallowed goal on Sat and the winner v Dundee (??) show he can do it. Up there with Sow in potential but needs to do more imo

Fair judgements, probably more positive than most would be saying right now but it is what it is.

I think what most frutrates me at the moment is that we have two very good (on paper!) midfielders in Ollie Lee and Damour either out on loan or completely demotivated and outof the picture. Irving should not be trying to carry this team.

I hope when he leaves this week people will take a long hard look at themselves. Some of the things being said against a club legend is ridiculous and downright nasty.

The pressure on his job is now almost hit breaking point, fan pressure has forced FOH to back his removal. Budge final decision is the only reason he is still here, highly unlikely he will be here much longer

I dare say his six-figure salary (for achieving the club’s worst-ever result) and no doubt substantial pay-off will be some small comfort to him at this difficult time. They all know what they’re getting into. He’ll doubtless be up and running with a smile on his face at a lesser club within weeks.

In any case, Neilson doesn’t seem aware of anything that is going on around him, to judge from his public pronouncements. I think it unlikely that he even looks at Kickback. (In case you think I’m being nasty, I’ve actually always had a lot of time for Robbie, especially as a player. It’s just that he’s not cut out to manage Hearts and should now see his employer spare him - and us - further embarrassment from diddy teams.)

Simple. - just keep them on the wage bill till they find new jobs. They won’t want to sit it out for 2 years

No you haven’t missed anything. The FOH haven’t backed it. Its the guy from Federation of Hearts Supporters Club who said it.

If it comes from the same source as your correct transfer news you could be right.

It doesn’t usually work like that. Regularly they are given a lump sum to rip up the contract, with the agreement of both parties.

Put them on furlough until Sept? Taxpayer can pay for some of Budges mistakes. 😁

not always but sometimes (Levein) and there is nothing saying we need to pay him off.

in Europe it’s quite common place, at one of the Italian clubs they brought back a manager about a year after they fired him Becuase he was still on the payroll (then they fired him again 🤣)

People quite clearly getting confused between Federation and Foundation.....

Both should be singing from the same hymn sheet, unfortunately one isn't playing the game!

Well apart from the insulting communique from FoH last week their silence on the matter has been deafening!

Let's just unequivocally hear what they have to say on the matter. That should clear any confusion up!

Agreed.

I personally don't think he will survive to the end of this week and whilst I've got a lot of time for Robbie it's clear it's time to go to protect the club.

Think how much damage levein was allowed to inflict before being thrown out, Neilson is going nowhere while budge is still running things.

Even defeat to dunfermline changes nothing as far as Ann is concerned.

FOH are unlikely to come out and speak out against budge and her decisions considering how close they work together. Behind closed doors is where that happens

This.

He will be here to the end of the season at least as long as he gets us promoted.

After that, who knows but it wouldn't  surprise me if he was still in charge at the start of next season which will be an absolute disaster.

Another long dragged out saga the way it went with Levein.

Lessons never seem to be learned at our club.

almost to a man (and ladies) the Heart support is calling for Neilson to be relived of his duties, the FOH are there to represent the Supporters, why are they being silent? they only have one thing to do, so get on with it.

I don't want him involved in one more signing. Largely why he has to go. Can't be trusted with another window and teeing up Logan now is just inflaming the situation.

It shows up just how much the current set up are detached from the support.

Turning into an absolute circus

Ann will be creating 3 new roles before considering any action.

Neilson will be a shoe in for "new employee concierge", get him escorting his replacement around Tynecastle and Riccarton, he can even impart his knowledge of the squad to the new man that'll help cut down on the time to get him up to speed.

McCulloch might take up the role of "dental consultant", Berra was offered this role first but he's chosen to move on.

Forrest can be "full time youtube executive scout" and feedback to Savage with any findings, if the budget stretches we'll even get him a copy of the latest Football Manager to work on.

Sorted.
