Malinga the Swinga

If we have taken players off furlough, and we must have to have started training, then invoice must be sent to SPFL for the difference in wages club is responsible for. These ***** couldn't run a shitshow, although hold on, yes that is exactly what they do run.

Celtic and Aberdeen break rules = punish Hearts.

Withdraw from cup citing we are not prepared to become whipping boys for corrupt organisation. **** Doncaster and **** the SPFL.

We play by the rules and do everything by the book and we're punished  And the ones that don't give two hoots about the rules are given some time off, and no punishment what so ever. Seems logical and fair. And don't count on friendlies being allowed anytime soon.

Incredulous

Not even angry about this.

It's like watching Trump in America. You can't do anything about it.

Let's see what they come up with next.

I got way beyond angry after the arbitration decision. Let them do what they do and we’ll do what we do.

Am I missing something here, Celtic and Aberdeen have broken the rules and we have to stop training.

Have they had any punishment at all?

Only teams I see affected are us and the teams that now have to play fixtures later because of they two ar$€holes

We can just put players back on furlough with the revised furlough rules from 1st August.

You can just imagine the smug look on that wank Doncasters face as he put together that plan. Prick wants that smile wiped off his face permanently.

Seriously though. Not a good idea trying to kick us further when we are down. Hibs are going to take an absolute dull yin from us in the semi now. They won’t be the only team we use as a trampoline either.

Bad ****ing move Scottish Football.

Additonal guidance notes now on SFA statement...

"

Additional guidance notes

1. Glasgow City Women’s FC can continue to train in preparation for their UEFA Women’s Champions League tie against Wolfsburg on 21 August and will be visited to audit and verify compliance.
2. Heart of Midlothian FC has been informed of the need to pause their current training programme until at least 24 August.
3. Adult (over-18) recreational football will not be permitted to participate in any form of organised training.
4. Youth (under-18) football can continue in line with current Scottish Government guidance."

So we've been specifically told to stop training now - unbelievable!

Cannot believe they found a way to punish Hearts for Celtic and Aberdeen's transgressions...Takes the biscuit! Haha

Assume that youth clubs that have started back are to stop too? Just when you think the total incompetence can't get any worse, this is what happens.

Quite incredible. Celtic and Aberdeen break protocol, hearts are punished. Celtic and Aberdeen get time off to get over injuries and to prepare for a European tie, hearts get told to stop their preseason nearly 2 weeks in.

they can ram the cup as far as I’m concerned.

Na na nah... they are getting absolutely ****ing shredded in the semi, after this. They can blame Petrie and Doncaster afterwards. They are getting the worst beating of their lives for this, and they won’t be the last team either.

If we continued to train, would that be red card for Scottish football and would it be shut down? Must be tempting to club.

Putting my boot in right now ... but would likely only make an improvement!

We can't take this lying down. There's zero justification for it. It's so blatant as well.

Time to start breakaway league discussions.

Салатные палочки

What a feckin shower.

Get the lads together down the park or the beach, no training kit on just shorts and t shirts and have socially distancing training.

Alternatively go to Asda and run around the aisles.

Absolute joke of a decision.

You really couldn't make this shite up.

No wonder this country is a feckin laughing stock. The Maybury League was better run back in the day when you got a ten year ban.

Yep.  And the thing is mate it’s not really unexpected.  We’re a massive football club in this country with bills to pay and have players in training,  how can they justify telling us to just basically stop?  It’s ****ing ridiculous man.

As we are mentioned in the additional guidance it proves they have actually thought about our situation and STILL decided to shaft us over.

To be fair the start of the Premier league from what I have watched has been glorified pre season friendlies.

The league will get suspended 100%.

The worst beating?  Better than 5-1?  Fantastic!

This is deliberate and personal. The authorities in this country have now made us the scapegoat for covid-19 twice.

Surely a decent lawyer could make a case for deliberate & persistent restriction of trade.

They have still decided not to assist the club because we took them to court.  Any other club would have special dispensation.

Do we get to claim two weeks wages for our squad because we have brought them back from furlough.

It disrupts the whole build up to the start of the season

The Apprentice

Absolutely beyond belief. This has come as a result of players of two teams breaching rules and yet those clubs can continue as normal without it appears any sanctions or punishment whatsoever, and yet we are the ones who are punished. Tell the SFA to ram their semi final. An absolute shit-show all round and you can bet Doncaster is patting himself on the back as we speak.

I think it’s more to focus all attention and resources on the top league to protect the SKY deal at all costs.

Hows that?

We have only been ordered to stop training for a bit, hardly restricting our trade.

Think we should maybe stop with the statements and lawyers for now,not doing us any favours is it.

But , hey ho, let's just enjoy being scapegoats once again.

We have to pay wages for the players to sit at home. We’d have kept the players on furlough for longer if we’d known about this. We brought them back when we did as we had a programme lined up for them. Through no fault of our own, again, this costs the club money.

Glamorgan Jambo

Remember we've incurred costs to get our training programme up and running. Unfurloughed staff etc. And we'll have to rejig our training schedule because of this. Which will also have costs.

Which Doncaster and Petrie would have understood perfectly well.

Meanwhile no sign of sanctions for Aberdeen and Celtic. Good lordy no we can't risk Selleck's tilt at UEFA money by cancelling their qualifier in 5 days time. Or the sainted Sky contract.

Why the specific mention to Hearts? Is it because we are the only team outside the Premiership who had already started training?
