Started there about 6 years after it was built and it was already sinking with bits falling off. Astonishing that it survived 33 years before it was torn down.

Remember when that was built in 78.

Castlebrae was built at the Craigmillar side of the city.

Used to go for a couple in here on Friday night's after locking up the kings arms. Old tam who ran it back then was a good Jambo. I mind when his pals laddie was the head barman, he staged a robbery after closing 1 night with another guy and split the cash, however he admitted to the police what happened and was lucky not to get time.
