Thought so , it’s underneath George the 4th bridge , it’s also where the James Connolly society meet every year to celebrate his life . It’s called little Ireland given how many who came from Ireland settled there . If you look up as you walk past there is a sign saying

Used to get taken to the steamie at the top of murdoch terrace as a wee boy , I still can to this day smell the clean clothing coming from the machines , a truly wonderful place

From the EdinPhoto website it has it as 1959 but construction on Grampian House didn't even start until 1962 apparently, alas I've annotated it as Fort Place, 1960s.
