The buckets are on areas next with nothing but sand you can see the marker sticks with no buckets. The buckets are possibly only there to stop people driving over the marker sticks. If the seeding is happening on Sunday, and with favourable weather forecast, I'd guess the grass would be around 2-3cm ready for cutting within 2-3 weeks.
