I think I remember reading that 6 weeks should be enough, but it's also possible that we're putting in pre grown sods which can be ready a couple of days after installation. The gravel was going in yesterday and the diagram that Primrose posted on the previous page suggests that the heating system goes above the gravel in the sand layer, which is why I was assuming it wasn’t in yet.
