My son hopefully will go to Uni for two years time after he's done his Sixth Form College, he's going a rugby / sports course, it'll be really interesting to see if that sort if attitude is prevalent in students who've played sports. I think sport and the ups and downs of it make a difference to kids growing up, if you've had to fight and work / train hard to get and keep a position in a team or the effort to go through your belts in a martial art rather than get a "taking part medal" It seems to me that a lot of these students in this type of video come across as a bit childish and spoilt. I'd be interested to know what courses these kids are doing, is there a correlation between courses and wanting discussion and debate cancelled? I cant think they will be doing any course which will prepare them for real life outwith Uni and the internet. They have a lot of real life learning to do where people will challenge their views. They are living in an echo chamber at these places. However it must be noted not all students are like those ones. When we were barricaded from watching that film at the Uni we need meet a nice student lad who just looked at the crowd and shook his head . Excellent. Gradually creating a new way of behaving for the next generation who are being super charged by social media into constantly looking for ways to be offended about life.
