I think a key and very obvious thing we should be doing is seeking to recruit the best of the rest players of the other 10 clubs. Someone said Goodwin would've been looking at around ยฃ300k for McGrath, that's ยฃ200k in the bank plus a player they want coming in. Saves them looking for a ย potentially risky freebie as well and they can ask for the other ยฃ100k in any future transfer fee.
