Think I paid $25 for a lifetime subscription through stack social. All it does is divert your internet traffic through their servers and then back to you. I originally got it to watch the US Netflix. Basically a piece of software or an app that set's up an encrypted tunnel which hides your real IP address and makes it look like you're in any country you choose.
