Played brilliant today. Motm by far and looked a man on a mission. We all seen how it totally changed when the wee man went off and so unlucky not to score. Charged forward at every opportunity exactly what we love to see.Best game he has played this season.

Great game today.  If he can develop into that type of player it's a win win for us

Whatever SN was doing with him, it’s working. Delighted for the wee man

Unreal today. Take a bow Cammy

Debut 4

If he manages to combine his ability to close down and win tackles with more intelligent play around it, we’ve got a better player coming than when he first came.

An obvious thing to say but he’s already under appreciated by many.

I’ve stated many times, I like Cammy but I think he is very limited.

Today in my opinion, was the best Ive seen him, and I think playing him further forward is the answer with him. He is not a playmaker, but with the energy he has, he made some great runs today. I thought he was excellent.

The deeper he plays, the less effective he is, but he showed he has definitely improved.

He was outstanding.  Lost count of the amount of times he won and turned the ball over high up for us.

Interesting playing as late runner into the box. Did that 4 times first half.

We are seeing coaching that we haven't had in a long time. Both him and Naismith have talked about him being coached to be more box to box. We started to see that today.

Best player on the park by a country mile today, Beni also looked good until he went off, I do hope it's nothing serious.

Cammy done very well today but he's had better games.   Today he showed he has potential to score a different kind of goal.   The one that hit the bar.   He's developing advanced playing ability.   It's good to see.   Looking forward to seeing more.

Winning the ball higher up will allow the defence, to relax and be more comfortable.

Need to be more clinical when we do win it higher up.

He played well for about 30 minutes.

He's still not good enough going forward, IMO

Too short and too slow.

He's always been out best central midfielder. Has been a huge miss when he's been out.

Really like him when he plays further forward. Got the energy to win the ball further up the park. Leads to good chances for us.

It's just my opinion, bro.

He's a great guy, and i loved how he gave tait a cuddle when he came on, i just don't rate him that highly.

Jambo dans les Pyrenees

Hearts TV commentary compared him to a young Colin Cameron today.

While he has a bit to go to justify that, not unfair based on performances today and recently.

To the poster above saying he’s too short, he has the heart of a Lion.

A very important part of the game that gets overlooked, and would have been more common in the 1950's and 1960's

Aye, that guy at Barcelona (was his name Messi or something like that?) would have been some player if he'd been a couple of inches taller.

The problem we have had at times is our holding midfielder is either not fit enough or is not trusted enough do the role on his own. Or maybe it's the chosen formation.

We have had lots of combinations with Beni, no matter who it is, they end up playing too deep.

Whether it's Hoff or Devlin, both look far better playing more advanced, ahead of Beni.

Playing a two in front of the defence is just too damn negative. Let Beni or any prospective signing for that position, control that area by themselves.

Devlin was fantastic today, getting forward. Hoff's better games were in very similar roles.

😂

The problem is, he doesn't play like Messi, so being short is not a good attribute to have.

A joy to watch Cammy making those runs into the box.

Great seeing him develop so well and buying into Naismiths ideas.

Fantastic effort from the young man again today.

Maradona, Iniesta, Jimmy Johnstone ? Low center of gravity. Chucking players because they're too wee, really?

We're comparing Devlin to Maradona now are we?

Bloody hell.

If you're a bang average player in Scotland, i would prefer you to be able to win some headers.

Some utterly clueless takes on here post match.

Great game from Devlin today. Its as clear as mud what is being worked on in training with him, turning him into a differing kind of asset for us.

I still don't think the composure is there at times and I don't always trust Cammy to pick the right option but that is something that can be worked upon.

Looking forward to seeing him next season in his new role.

No, you said being a short arse is detrimental to playing football. Devlin was excellent today.

We could sign someone who can win tackles AND headers though, no?

Someone that has more than 1 good game out of 10.

He's really slow, did you not see when he broke forward with the ball and ended up offside?

2 or 3 of their players caught up with him like he was in quick sand.
