there was also a similar challenge from the leeds striker yesterday that got him a yellow and it was something like 30 seconds after that from xhaka

Yeah. VAR can't issue a yellow. Xhaka wasn't booked so ref must have missed it.

This also was a booking.

Spurs are going to regret all of these missed chances. Liverpool have the Celtic-like knack of the late winner. Especially when you have Salah and Mane up front.

It was wild

A rush of blood

It’s not mentioned but he can be a sneaky player with little digs and off the ball stuff. I’d never noticed and then watched a video on YouTube about shithousery and was surprised how many times he featured.

You must be blind biased or both. 😂

Biased certainly but the falling on the ground holding his head and then popping up instantly when he realised nothing was on?

RHIP(Rank Has It's Privileges), being the current captain of England certainly has it's privileges.

Kane wrongly not sent off in the first half. Robertson correctly sent off in the second. Use of VAR in the EPL still a shambles.

Any other player than Kane would have seen red for that tackle. Being captain of England has its advantages.

Indeed was a disgusting challenge

Yeah. Player hardly hurt. Stubs into ankles is much worse.

Red isn’t decided on how much the tackle damages the player.

Sometimes it is. Harvey Elliot of Liverpool was injured with a fair tackle but player sent off due to the injury.

Oops.

It's cool. I don't think we've ever had a beef on here Taz.

Fwiw, Robertson's sliding tackle was a definite red.

Klopp just giving the ref a quick run down on how he caused Liverpool to miss their chances today

I really don't like Liverpool, but the refereeing and use of VAR was absolutely horrendous in favour of Tottenham.

Liverpool missed chances and so did Spurs, but red card to Kane in 1st half would have almost guaranteed a Liverpool win.

Refs are just crap.

So what about Salah’s arm at the the second Liverpool goal? Was that VAR being biased in Spurs’ favour? The ref had a decent enough performance that didn’t favour either side so I’m not sure how you thought it was horrendously in favour of Spurs.

This was the time last season Man City started to pull away from the rest.

Hope they do it again

That'll really piss Kane off.

Maybe you should stop watching sport. It doesn’t seem to bring you much pleasure.

Liverpool have benefited from VAR countless times, so I'm sure they understand this is the old "these things even out over the season".

Don't think Klopp understood at all. As I said, don't like Liverpool at all, but feel they were hard done by refereeing decisions.

As does your blinkered adoration in your posts. So let’s call that a draw as well.
