KyleLafferty
Any Manager we will get in will have had bad seasons, past clubs fans slating them, been sacked, Been at a few clubs etc. What we need to get is a manager who can make players better. Such a character like Brendan Rodgers, who can take shit players, and develop them no matter what their age. That’s what I would like. So anyone who has a track record of doing that In a way im all for it.

The only other type of candidate would be one who has made a success of his first managerial role at a lower level There is no 'baggage brought along but of course no long term experience either I would prefer if those involved in deciding the manager would simply state we will go for the best manager we can get and leave it at that instead of talking about the type of manager you may think you want....fine at the start of the process but you may suddenly find the 'diamond' during the process who does not meet the criteria and if so how does that make you look PS of course you could try the number 2/3 at a bigger club looking for a chance but again experience is an issue
