Ok well I happen to know he was boasting about what he was getting from Norwich pre-season when out for a team lunch.

Now with lafferty being a gambling addict it may be he is prone to lying as well so it may be he was lying but those words definitely cane out of his mouth:

”I’ll get this boys, Norwich are still paying me £30k a month”

Is 30k a month double 15k a week now?

Aye the King Billy away support who thought he was one of them, which it seems he is.

At Ibrox for home games nobody gave a toss about him being there.

That is a fact from a season ticket holders mouth.

Maybe so ,but theres no hearts striker hit as many as him  for a good while ,and we missed his goals ,

We were not paying him £15k a week FFS. Norwich we’re paying him double that as part of his severance.

Source - a player.

I for one would welcome back our flute toting former goal scorer.

I suspect he’ll follow the money though ☹️

Possibly but we will need to look elsewhere for goals because he ain't coming back to Tynecastle.

The management team and most of the players wanted shot of him.

The club done so much to keep him on the straight and narrow but despite all his words he couldn't wait to get back to his real love.

Don't think they took time out to watch his movements because the same problems he had are back big time apparently.

You’re not wrong.

However, is it character building for you to be downright argumentative and objectionable in virtually every post you make?

The Huns don’t really give a **** about how their players behave.

Hence they promoted what has Gazza in the state he is now; why Lafferty is back off the wagon; why part of McCoist’s coaching involved players trying to strike balls at his bare arse and why Templeton went the way he did.

Rangers care nothing for their player’s welfare.

It wasn't written in any kind of argumentative tone and the objection was justified as you've just alluded to. By posting this reply have you not been both argumentative and objectionable yourself?

Nah, not having that. The majority of the Rangers support didn't even want him back. And there's no way Gerrard would allow King to pick players for Rangers.

I'm still none the wiser if he was getting 30k a week or 30k a month from Norwich thanks to your posts, it's nothing to do with pedantry.

I’ve consistently said £30k a month - I misread one post. I have quoted word for word what Lafferty said.

Oh and the answer to my Juanma question - 12 league goals. Same as Lafferty.

Do you want Juanma back?

I seem to remember most ***** on here wanting rid of Juanma.

This is all very bizarre and ‘traditional’ type thinking IMO.

Not at all, I enjoy debating about Hearts. I was actually credited yesterday by a poster for my civil debating style and the fact that the discussion had not descended into the usual personal abuse, that's become so prevalent of late. I would agree that I am a reactionary poster, meaning that I write in response to posts that I believe to be incorrect or unfair but attempt to do so in a cordial manner.

The Red Hand Gang is an American live-action Saturday morning television series that aired on NBCfrom September 10 to November 26, 1977. The show featured five crime-solving pre-teens and their dog Boomer, who lived in the inner city. The group was so named because its members left red hand prints on fences to mark where they had been.

Wikipedia - some of us must remember this??

Do a search. I’ve quoted the £30k a month from Norwich a few times in the last few months.

I’ve been entirely consistent - well until you and Shaggy caught me out good and proper today.

If it wasn’t for those pesky kids.
