Europa fc from gibraltar please.

On a side note

Tv for europa league

Doubtful that due to potentially (hopefully) both the ugly sisters being in europe bbc or bt will pick up our qualifiers but premier sports.might. they have covered Aberdeens last 2 early qualifiers so hopefully choose to cover us this year instead of them.

Only downsides are the subscription and the fact its only in sd not hd

You can get premier sports on the mobdro app on phones, I'm using android so unsure about iPhone?

As someone who dislikes both Liverpool and Man United, can I say that a Sevilla Europa League win ticks loads of boxes.  Palace to win the cup, Liverpool to finish miles down the league.....

ROPS Rovaneimi (Finland)

IFK Mariehamn (Finland)

31 other teams to be confirmed.

As someone that spent 5 years going to Finland regularly for work I can confirm for those of that would like to go these 2 would be a bit of a nightmare. Rovaniemi is in the arctic circle (Home of Angry Birds and technically santa!) and would be a connecting flight from Helsinki.

Mariehamn are based on the Island of Aland. I've actually been there a couple of times and seen the ground. Is basically a park with one stand. Issue is though it can only be reached either by propeller plane from Helsinki (both times I flew it was a 16 seater!!), or an overnight boat from Helsinki or Stockholm. However I'm lead to believe the boat is also basically a student booze cruise, so every cloud...

Both would be very difficult and expensive trips.

Sheriff won 1-0 and Milsami beat Dacia 2-0

Equal points but Sheriff +37 goals Dacia +30 but still showing as Dacia top, any ideas how they sort their league?

Looks like we are looking good for being seeded in 2nd round? If you had to give it a % chance Statto what would you say the likelihood is?

If 2 teams are level in the Moldovan league when deciding a Championship, the teams have a Play off to decide the league winner. I checked previous seasons and last season, 3 teams finished on 55 points, they decided that title on the head-to-head record between the 3 teams.

At the start of this week, I'd have said around 45% but a few results have swung in our favour so I'd sat now around 65%.

It will be very close. There's a few leagues that are almost there but some that look like they'll go against us. I went through the list of things we need to happen and have predicted 8 to go our way, we need at least 7.

Celtic won confirms a place but I can't even contemplate being happy about any success they have.

Lech are two down at half time. A zaglebie winner in their game in second half and that would be another confirmed.

If we are seeded in round 1/2 win all four games and then say go out in round 3 after a win and a loss would there be any chance We'd be seeded in round 3 the following year or will it take several years of us winning games combined with other Scottish teams doing well to improve the co-efficient?

Very unlikely we'd be seeded in qualifying round 3. To be honest our best chance to be seeded in round 3 would be to be unseeded in round 2 and beat a team with a much higher coefficient than ours, as we would take that coefficient into the third round draw.

You'd need a coefficient of around 10/11 to be seeded in the 3rd qualifying round, we're 6.460.

We'd probably need a group stage run and a win or 2 in the group stage. You get 2 points for participating in the EL groups, 2 coefficient points for a win and 1 for a draw.

Teams receive 0.25 points if they are eliminated in the 1st qualifying round, 0.5 for the 2nd, 1 for the 3rd and 1.5 for the play off round, plus 20% of their association's total points.

Gorgie_Rules

Our only real chance of making the groups is to be unseeded 2nd round and draw a side with an unjustified co-efficient ranking, beat them and become seeded 3rd round, then as an unseeded team the 4th draw one of the weakest seeded teams (still a very strong side) and beat them. In other words, almost impossible and would require massive luck of the draw.

So the way I see it, i'd rather we are seeded 2nd round. Ideally draw a close to home team 1st round (Ireland, Wales, N. Ireland), a cheap winnable trip the 2nd then take on one of the big guns the third. Until Scottish clubs (i.e Celtic and Rangers) start performing as well as they should in Europe unfortunately European football is all about the qualifying rounds for us. We can still do our part to boost the Scottish co-efficient longer term though, and will be an adventure nevertheless

Thanks that's the kind of info I was after.

Has the co-efficient system changed in the last 10 years or so? I'm sure once upon a time the points came from actual results....so a win and a loss and going out was better than two losses....I might be talking rubbish however.

Last time we played in Europe, that was the case. Something like 2 for a win, 1 for a draw and half the points in qualifiers. I don't know what season it changed.

Another tick in box

Levski lose

I'd gave up on that game, they were 2-0 up early on.

3/16 required.

Today's games - Wednesday 11th May

England

20:00 - Liverpool v Chelsea

We need Liverpool to finish top-6 (or top-7 if Man United win the Cup). A win puts them 1 ahead in 7th with 1 game to go.

Austria

19:30 - Sturm Graz v Mattersburg

19:30 - Wolfsberger v Admira

We need Admira to finish 4th ahead of Sturm Graz, they're behind on goal difference (8) with 2 games to go.

Denmark

17:00 - SonderjyskE v Viborg

19:00 - Hobro v Midtjylland

We need SonderjyskE to finish 2nd-4th. They're 2nd, 7 clear of 5th, 6 clear of Midtjylland, 4 games to play after today.

Greece

17:15 - Panionios v Panathinaikos

19:30 - POAK v AEK

We need Panionios to finish 4th in the play off. AEK and Panathinaikos start with a 2 point advantage, based on their regular season performance. This is the 1st games of the play off.

Poland

19:30 - Lechia Gdansk v Legia Warsaw

19:30 - Ruch Chorzow v Piast Gliwice

We need Legia Warsaw to win the league, they're 3 ahead with 2 to play. Teams are ranked on points, then points from the regular season. Since Legia had more points than Piast in the regular season, if Legia equal or better Piast's result, this would confirm a seeding place.  :sunny:  :sunny:  :sunny:

Serbia

18:00 - Partizan v Javor Ivanjica (Cup Final)

We need Partizan to lose the Cup Final and finish outside the top-3 (Currently 2nd) or Vojvodina (4th) to finish outside the top-3 if Javor Ivanjica win the Cup, or outside the top-4 if Partizan win the Cup.

Slovenia

15:00 - Maribor v Rudar

15:00 - Celje v Olimija

We need Maribor to win the league. They're currently level on points with Olimija but have the worse head-to-head record. There will be 2 games left after today.
