We need this season's Europa League winner to qualify for next season's Europa League via their domestic league position. The Europa League winner will enter next season's Champions League. If they have already qualified for the Europa League, that position is vacated and the UEFA access list is altered from the 1st round until the round that the team would have entered. For the Europa League 2nd qualifying round, the team that will be moved to the 3rd qualifying round is the Cypriot Cup winner, both finalists are ranked above Hearts so would count towards one of the outcomes we need to be seeded for the 2nd round. Sevilla have already qualified for the Europa League so they are our best option. Both Liverpool and Villarreal could still qualify for the Europa League, Villarreal are much more likely to qualify for the Champions League though, they're 6 clear of Athletic Bilbao with 2 games left. Shakhtar have already qualified for the Champions League.
