Blowers interrogated Michael Vaughan yesterday about whether he had ever been called "Vaughners". Vaughan agreed so to be called.

The correct answer should be that they walk if they are sure they are out. If there are in doubt, they shouldn't.

Snooker seems to have retained the old spirit.

This is brilliant - " I'm watching Neil Robertson play Mark Selby in Bendigo, Victoria. In frame two, Robertson called a foul on himself for touching a red. He then laughed to the crowd and said "I don't think Stuart Broad would've done that". Cue a roar of patriotic Aussie laughter! It's 2-2 at the interval by the way."

Bell out for 109.

Still wish English batsmen were a bit more aggressive at times but a good important knock from Bell .

A quick 20 or 30 runs now from the tail should secure the test .

Think it's already secure

Anderson could tear in to them, bit of swing for the Aussies this morning

Likely enough , but you can never tell , Australia do have capable batsmen .

It is a reachable amount given the time left .

Would have liked a bit more runs .

Going to be a good afternoon viewing since I can't make Dunfermline this will do .

Think England have 100 more than they needed. Time for the Aussie batsmen to step up.

If your on the Twitterverse Ritchie Benaud is worth following often funny and spiteful .

Clearly it's not the real gentleman .

Good feature on Tony Greig during the lunch break.

Quite a controversial cricketer by the looks of that but have to say I always enjoyed his commentaries.

Nothing off the pitch or in the air to worry the Aussies so far. Look good for the chase.

111 strikes again.

England still need to get some more wickets, but that will be a good lift before the tea-break.

Joe Root seems one of those part time bowlers with the nack of sneaking important wickets .

Seems to have replaced Trott in that role as the back up bowler too.

2 more wickets before close and England should probably have enough to win. But if Smith or Clarke are still there at the end of today, could be a very interesting last day.

That was. Tight one . Is the review system helping the game or taking away from the game ?

It seems to be at times overshadowing the game .

Again the spectacle of the game is the review system rather than the play .

That can't be right .

I can't decide if this is evenly poised or not. Time is not a factor therefore the Aussies have no reason to panic. Finn often comes good towards the end of an innings but he may have to do it with the old ball as they will keep that for Swan.

If the two at the crease can put on 50 in the first session it will be nailbiting.
