First black mark against Angus Gunn for Scotland. He did have a period injured but has been playing for Norwich.

Yes, can't remember any other time when I've thought, "you should have done better there". Looked strange him going for it with two hands tbh.

Hope Gordon gets 2nd half.

That shot was hit with power the way it sat up, not many keepers save that in my opinion. Would be interested to see how fast that shot was.

Really encouraging stuff for the majority of the half. Some excellent individual performances especially Gilmour who has been the best player on the park. Hickey is key to the right hand side of the team and we desperately need him available. Shanks has done more than adequately and has linked up well, has kept possession and put himself about. All around a positive 45.

Patterson been the only one that's given away possession too many times. Great half from Scotland, better team.

Scotland dominated that first half.   Shankland looked first class, just short of scoring from the Christie rebound.   Dutch diving and feigning.   Lucky long range effort goes in the corner.    Get Gordon on. ☺

Playing well. Goalie never covered himself in glory tbh. Paterson and weak link its all coming down that side paterson giving the ball away too much. Up front we could have scored but from a brilluant save. Shankland doing ok not really had much to play off. Few times he has been in the middle but we dither with the ball and then hes closed down. But played well. Wouldnt make any subs if i was clark we are holding our own.

In real time it was a cracking hit.

But the replays then looked as if Gunn ws not fully committed to it. Didn't fully stretch for it.

Decent first half all things considered. Trail by a wonder strike.

Thought Shanks did really well, especially first 25 mins. Could he have closed down the goalscorer? Maybe but then the midfield was nowhere too.

Positives all over the park so far.

Shankland was 15 yards behind the goalscorer.

Dutch keepers save from Christie was outstanding btw 👏

Good to see shanks being instinctive enough to nearly get on it.

Seeing the goal again.......deffo keeper arse up.

I agree with you he was miles away from the lad that hit it.

Yep. All depends on his instructions he's been given I suppose.

Nathan Patterson has been a positional weak link in defence by comparison with Hickey.

Koeman figured that out about half an hour in and moved most of their attacks from right to left as Frimpong wasn't getting any change out of Robertson.

Went down like he had his legs tied together. Not a massive  error in the face of a super hit....but i know a man who gets to that.

How that boy Depay has managed to steal a living from the type of club he's been at shall forever remain a mystery.

Patterson does a lot of good things. But he seems to get his feet mixed up. Maybe not playing is the problem.

Think Patterson has been really poor giving ball away multiple times, everyone else has done good.

What's the chances of Hickey getting fit and a few first team games?

Meant to be close to a comeback.

Encouraged by Tierney playing so well tonight after just coming back after breaking down on his comeback.

So just depends if Hickey stays fit as there are enough games to show he's back.

Shanks not had much. Dissapointed he wasnt closer to that rebound of the bar. Needs a wee rub of green.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen Tierney have a bad game for Scotland, he should really be first choice at Arsenal

Gunn redeeming himself a bit there. Good save from a close range 1v1 effort.
