February is key. I've said on an other thread that our fate won't be decided by results against Rangers and Celtic, but our results against the other nine. For a statistical analysis let's take away the two games they have played against each other which would leave them having played a total of 40 games between them. Of those 40 games they have won 36, lost 1 and drawn 3. That's a 90% win rate a 7.5% draw rate and a 2.5% loss rate. A mere 2.5% chance of winning for anyone who plays them. I'm also as certain as I can be that survival will be achieved but it's not going to be against them.

Their last 3 away league games they beat Celtic 2-1 at parkhead, prior to that hubz 3-0 at easter rd and prior to that Motherwell 2-0 at fir park. All three are current top 6 sides with two of them in the top 3. Hit 7 for and conceded just 1. I doubt we would be questioning Hearts record away from home if it had been like that in just the last 3 away games.

copa-mundial
We're playing what is a very good sevco team. Let's not hide that. They are 2 points off the summit, with a game in hand. They won't give this up easy. Our bonus is, Morelos being suspended and Tavernier out injured. This coupled with a few new signings of our own. Boyce being the striker that we have been looking for, for ages! It's an advantage we have to take. We're still a good bit away from being the finished article, but it just takes one result to change the demeanor of the squad. If the players leave everything on the pitch. They will be backed from the fans all the way! Nothing I love more than seeing the Roseburn stand empty, and it being silent when they two are in town. A point would be good. 3 would be delightful. letsalldothebeattie
I’ve got a feeling we will get something out of this game today. Where that feeling comes from I don’t know maybe still enjoying the fact we played well and hit 5 goals last week albeit against Airdrie, and also saw absolutely none of Wednesdays game as well. 2-1 Hearts. Boyce with first before a Steven Naismith injury time winner to ruin Gerrard’s 100th game in charge

David McCaig
I’ve got a feeling that today is the day we turn things around. my team would be: Pereira Clare Hickey (Garuccio) Souttar Smith (Halkett) Irving Sibbick Naismith Meshino/Washington Avdijaj Boyce Who would have thought a month ago when we were playing MacLean up front that we would now have such riches up front. I think we are now probably only a top class midfielder away from being a really, really good side... although if Irving and Sibbick gel we may be there already. Play them as if they're not in Scottish terms a very powerful side indeed? Play them like they're an also ran? That could be fatal. On the field if anything is to be taken from it they have to be given all due respect for what they're capable of with suitable caution. It can't be pretended they're anything other than a daunting challenge. Not really sure how I’m going to explain this to you , especially as as other posters have grasped it. I’ll keep it simple , just get right in about them as we have against airdrie and the sheep in our last two games , okay?
RudiHMFC
Got a strong feeling we will win today, I'm not always the most optimistic but I feel with them having a couple of their top men out, the pressure of now being in a real title race and the fact they haven't played well since coming back from the winter break might see them shite it today as long as we are at it. The style he plays is good to watch and it worked very well against Airdrie. On Wednesday Ross County got a lot closer to our players and made it more difficult for them to play that way. That doesn't mean the style won't work, it does mean that what he said about the team not being as fit as they should be is probably spot on and with minor tweaks and a bit more input from the players there is no reason why the way of playing cannot be stepped up a couple of notches. The additional players brought in can also make a difference. Today is one of those games you just never know how it will end, points today (be it 1 or 3) would be a bonus, there are other more important games coming up we have to win (IMO).
