Naismith signing would be excellent

we should try and get milinkovich back on loan

him with mulrayne on the left could be excellent with uche up top and naisy playing just off

Milinkovic has played only 57 minutes of Championship football for Hull in 2019, coming off the bench in 6 games.

He is contracted at Hull until 2021 and needs a loan move if he wants to progress his career.

It will be like marmite or the curate's egg (good in parts) on here.  Whoever it is, there will be Levein's supporters, his detractors and those dithering in-between.

I remember the pre-season friendly against Boro back in 2005 when all these Czech, Lithuanian and French players just appeared without prior notification to the supporters.  Berra was in the squad for that game as a 20yr old.

Aye, he was one of the young French players ?

You didn't say which Walker!

Surely there is limited conversation to be had there.

Come back cap in hand, we might consider you among our options.

If Walker is one of the players of  "significant quality " CL says we are looking for we are going to be disappointed.

I don't know Walker's contract position but I would take him on a 6 month loan before considering a proper contract so we can assess his attitude and fitness.  I would take Skinny on loan as well but would not pay a transfer fee to get him.  That way we can sort of "have our cake and eat it"

But that's 6 new signings + Naismith.

CL said 3 or 4.

No place for Halkett or Uche?

If we had Lafferty ( and it's a big if) .. I'd reckon uche would struggle to get in ahead of Lafferty.

Ass center forward he needs to score more , as does the rest of the team

Emily

Jenny Kim Nicola Elsa(I know! )

Laura Amy Chloe

Kirsty Erin Seonaid

How many more ex's could we chuck in there?

Full team for me.

Defence: had plenty options at the back.

Midfield: average, only served to fill in the gap between defence and strikers

Strikers: Plenty Up front

Erin and Laura can also serve as “wide” players if needed.

Spoiler

Emily isn’t an ex though, she’s a keeper.

N.b. Some of these were only 1-2 week contracts.

I could list a few subs but they are coming towards the end of their careers so would only be good for a few minutes or so, guaranteed a great finish though.

No danger Uche would struggle to get in front of Lafferty I don't think.

Did you dip into the u23’s?

Also, what about your reserve team line up?

They were brought in for a trial but when they played their game wasn’t up to scratch so they were immediately let go....On occasion one was brought back for a second trial after a mediocre performance first time out but failed to satisfy the needs and were cut loose....

Though i did hear one picked up a neck injury during a quite impressive performance but unfortunately it meant they couldn’t perform again.

I posted after the game last weekend that after a conversation I'd heard that Lafferty would be interested in coming back but it would be up to HMFC if he does or not. I got speaking to someone else the other day and now suspect that the chances of Lafferty being reconsidered are probably non existent. From what I was told it does appear that the additional money he has been earning at Ibrox prompted him to return to an old habit which had got him in a sticky place previously, and he is now in a worse position than he was originally.

Dipping into the u23's is fine now and again but you need to be careful, precautions are a necessity with them unlike your older types.

I've no time for reserves.
