He is currently 28 for Teplice which is also an available number for us, so imagine he will get that.

Dikamona wore 28 yesterday

So much that he gave it to Bozanic.  Keep up chief ?.

Well spotted boys. The two numbers i've barely seen this season. Easy to get confused.

This seems to be another great signing. There was a few big English Championship clubs offering him contracts according to reports.

It gives us a bit more depth on the right, I've read he can play right mid, right wing back and attacking midfield. He's only 21 and on a three year deal so plenty time to develop and get even better.

Just shows you. 11th July was when this was first posted.

Some deals take while to come to fruition.

Internet makes us all totally impatient, clicking on every ten minutes  "has he signed, yet"

Welcome aboard the Happy Clappy Express, Sean.

Let's make this a season to remember.

Wondering where he'll fit in.

From yesterday's team, would we drop Djoum, Lee or Morrison?

I think Lee is safe as he sits a little deeper. One of the other two most likely.

My gut feeling is that he'll be wide right.

Good question

And will we get round to establishing a settled 11

Depends also on whether we end up going back 3 or 4

Or going to continue to make changes for different opponents

I don't think he'll play as part of a flat back 4.

He actually sounds a little like Callum Paterson in Some of the write ups.

I’m genuinely gobsmacked at where we appear to be going.

And that’s is coming from somebody that has constantly backed the current board and management.

God knows how those who were sceptical are feeling -  no dig intended.

I’d drop Morrison. Not because he’s played badly, he’s just still young and will have even more time to develop

Look at options we have now and the quality in all area's especially midfield

Absolutely no chance...not with the other teams that are looking at him.

Aye, we're likely going to outbid Aston Villa, Leeds, Southampton...Celtic and Rangers also credited with interest.

If those two are interested, he would no doubt have been up here anyway seeing them...and has done us the courtesy to hear what what we're all about.

But as I said...absolutely no chance.

Yeah, he's likely no to want to sit on the bench for a fraction of the wages any of the others teams would pay...literally cloud cuckoo land stuff (we cannot compete with League One Teams wages wise, but here we have multiple posters believing we can compete with Large Championship/Premiership Teams!

And by outbid...that meant outbid on contract offer, it's easily validated by checking that mystical magical tool called 'Google' to see what other teams are looking at this guy (and the fact he's out of contract).

Good shout mate

Probably one of the mainstays in the side. The subs bench is going to be pretty strong and I suppose the modern game is heading towards always using 14 players during the game.

You get the impression that he's going to be a massive piece of the jigsaw and he's going to be good.

I'll guess now that we'll sell him for decent money.

I just said the same to my mate. He said he was eating his words and took back everything he'd said about Levein last season, but I pointed out that even as a Levein believer I didn't expect this!

attack attack attack.  Going for it no doubting that now.

We have mostly been very attacking this season.

Just caught a bit on the back foot some games notably early on v Hamilton and yesterday.

We made loads of chances yesterday. We're carrying a goal threat from all over the pitch now. Absolutely love it when we play like that.

Its harsh to drop anyone from the first team atm, but you have to imagine he’s coming to be a starter. The ammount of competition for places now in what was our weakest area of the park is astonishing. Dont play well and you could be straight on the bench.

Wonder if we’ll see Bozanic go out on a short term loan to one of the other teams in the pack like Burns & Edwards have?

Was there not some sort of chat that the development fee for Dembele was likely to be something ridiculous like £8m?

Celtic got him for £500k.

I dont know how the calculations work down south but say Clare would demand a development fee of around £5m. There is no reason whatsoever - with Craig’s connections in the game - that there hasn’t been a deal struck whereby we have either an agreement with Swansea, for example, that we get him for a season and they have first option for him for let’s say £3m.

Or alternatively that we have done something similar with Lafferty (you can leave after season one if you want) and said - we can give you a great platform and we’ll put a reasonable buy out clause in your contract that will make you cheaper for an English team to buy than at the moment so you can prove for a year you are over your injury and when you do you’ll get better wages than you would at the moment.

But you’ve got to give us a season at least.

It seems as if we are being quite ‘canny’ with how we set up our deals these days.

This

I was also thinking the same for Olly Lee and potential Mitchell in the future.

A think we'll play more of 3 at back and he'll play instead of Michael Smith at right wing back

Would be lying if I said I knew much about this guy but the chat around him is encouraging. I have a feeling it won't be long until he knows what it means  to play for the Hearts. I'm sure Mitchell will fill him in on it. Welcome son.

Makes sense.

Him and Demi on the wings sounds like a great combination.

Incredibly exciting signing, he's a gamble but the fact he chose us speaks volumes for where we are right now. Building a decent squad in a sustainable financial business model takes a lot of skill and a wee bit luck that the pieces fit together. The atmosphere and team spirit at the club seem to be really helping that happen. Well done to everyone who has made this happen.

That’s where I’m at too. However looks the player to grab the ball and attack at a bit of pace. Would be handy in an already decent midfield.

What we've got now is options in squad and we've got pace and power which we didn't have last season

Aye but we are only allowed 8 subs hopefully nobody gets miffed if they're not quoted in match day squad anyway onwards and upwards

Potentially one of the biggest signings in a long long time. Very exciting to add him to what we have and with the knowledge Vanecek is locked up too. C’mon!!

I think Aberden have done the league a great service with their performances against Burnley. Since their games English players seem to be more open to comming here on loan or permanent. Knowing that a good season here can be held against how hard Burnley found it to break down Aberdeen.
