Fairly sure that's from 1980 , not '78 ? Hate to be a pedant, but remember the Peter Gabriel gig at The Odeon well . He'd started crowd surfing then. 10 yrs before the phrase had been invented. Didn't tour in '78 (( I don't think , could be wrong) and the first album tour ('77) only visited The Apollo in Scotland iirc.
