What are the rules for kit sponsorship, in regards to having more than one sponsor? I doubt this is the case, but could the club possibly be seeking out another sponsor and wants this in place before a reveal and sale of the new strips? Since Queen Ann took over the communication has been pretty good and open but in this case it has been slow. A line of two on the website with a release date would sort this all out. CJGJ Posted June 6, 2016 Share Posted June 6, 2016 We are bringing the shop back in house...........putting a strip on sale early may simply give profit away to those who have control until we complete the 'buy back' We will have a strip to show to the fans shortly but the on sale date will be later than usual it seems In the meantime other clubs supplied by Puma have already released details... see Wolves, Rotherham, Barnsley, Dundee, Cambridge United, Leicester City and Arsenal........I would imagine we will have a variation of one of these. Lets hope lessons are learned ! and it will be interesting to see what the new strip looks like , given it will be the first one we have after the buy back and I'm pretty sure the shop had a say in the strip design before . I know they had a major hand in the memorial strip . Ultimately I just hope strip sales aren't effected by the fan that only buys a top to go on holiday , of which there are several ........... Surely they cannot have 3 designs to choose from. Exact same template Being a bit pedantic here but the Chelsea one wasn't quite the same. Different collar, the sleeves were different as was the material of the trimming. To be fair to the White Stripes, they did give us a rather amusing moment at Hampen. Not sure if it should be paid tribute to in our strip though.
