I am not claiming ITK or privy to facts, just that in my own (likely panicky head) I worry that this is dragging on a little without an air-tight favourable resolution, while word of our interest and attempts to get the deal done have been in the public arena for longer than I'd be comfortable with without conclusion. The fact Celtic have shown interest in him doesn't help my nerves either. Sorry dude, What I meant was; the fact Robbie has given quotes on the issue reassures me. To have any chance of challenging Celtic we need to the overall league to be competitive. We also need strength in depth. Really looks like we will have the latter. It's purely based on the African blogger who, when asked by a Hearts fan online, said that he was a good player but terrible positionally (paraphrasing). Since then I've had the growing concern that we've already got a ball playing left back who's a good player but needs work positionally, shouldn't we be signing someone who really knows the position? Obviously, we can't truly judge him till we see him and I know that deep down. Of course I hope he's a huge success at Hearts, and I know that our management team are intelligent guys, but I just can't stop this thing in the back of my head about it. The site appears to be pretty reputable and knowledgeable and exclusively talks about African football. The particular guy was approached on twitter by a Hearts fan as someone who would be knowledgeable about this player.
