The assets frozen or thawed are no longer Vlads they are in control of the administrators and any proceeds with be divided up and given to the creditors. Whether Vlad is charged, prosecuted and hung by the balls he won't get anything from Ukio or Ubig. These company's are being liquidated because they were financially cubbed.
