With the excellent Big Hearts donation initiative likely to reach five figures later today and the slow but steady buying of seats throughout the week I think we might get to 19k or thereabouts which is a really terrific effort. To put that into perspective it's and around 50% more than we took to the 2012 v Celtic and 3k more than the League Cup semi in November. It's especially great when you consider that our figure is at least twice what Aberdeen have sold for their game on Saturday! That doesn't ring true with some of the estimates at all though in terms of tickets being held back, but does match what's on the map. You could argue if we had sold 18k in 2 days we could use this line. if we said tickets were selling fast after the last few weeks they’d look a bit silly.
