I usually prefer the minimal traditional look, but I must say I don't mind something that changes it up a bit. It does take me a while to get used to though. 16 year old me was pretty irate when the 10/11 home kit was released. Love the Ajax template but there was too much white for me. Although looking back, I think it looked terrific. Definitely think there's a case for nostalgia impacting our opinions though. I thought the 19/20 kit was lovely when released, early 2000's Errea vibes to it, but the season we ended up having totally put me off that shirt. 11/12 was pretty average but winning the cup has turned that into an iconic shirt, and basically been remade for this season.
