Players should be able to expect a certain amount of decorum from the spectators. Whether the reverse is true is moot. When he said she looked like she'd had 700 drinks, bro, it was a conversation between him and the umpire. I don't know enough about the laws to be able to say she has a case but I suspect her lawyers must be confident; or else she's paid up front. (Funded by a newspaper, perhaps?)
