Whatever you say about the EPL it's still open.

French league won very predictably with 5 games to go. German league won by same team for 10th season in a row.

How exciting.

Arab money plus getting rid of the Sports Direct shadow has helped. Also fancy Burnley to beat the drop.

That's 7 points from 3 games since Burnley sacked Dyche.  Would have been 9 as well if not for a crap penalty miss against West Ham.

Malinga the Swinga

God knows I dislike Liverpool but here's hoping they get a win over this shit Everton team and help send them down.

With the financial problems Everton have, relegation would be crippling.

Richarlson is a total embarrassment. Goes into a tackle and then just lies on ground feigning injury.

What has game become when cheats like him are paid a fortune?

Yeah looking back Everton player does go down easy, but putting himself on par with Andy Walker and Pat  Bonnar with the bias.

Robertson scores for Liverpool it’s great having Scottish players playing top fight football in England.

Everton now really in the shit unless they get something

Not good for the chances of Simms staying.

He'll be up front for them next season at this rate.

I'm not sure he is high enough up on their pecking order and they would want someone more proven to guarantee goals in the Championship.

Maybe, He's got a better chance of a game, even if back up in the championship.

Either way he's more likley to get game time in a championship Everton side than an epl one imo.

Burnley at Watford next, then home to Villa.

Everton at home to Chelsea and away to Leicester.

I don't think think Simms will play for Everton next season either way so it comes down to whether we can offer enough to get him.

If they go down they won't be relying on Simms to get them out that division. They'll spend to get back up.

I agree.

I don’t know what they paid for him but he’s been pretty consistent.

Thanks.

That’s a steal.

For the EPL it is.

Liverpool are like us(us now that is), they don't advertise to the media who they are going after. They get them, then alert the media, just how it should be. Diaz, and Jota being prime examples.

Seen a quote as well along the lines of generally when Liverpool go shopping they aren’t going to primark, they’re going Gucci and Prada products. Reminds me of us the last couple of windows

Liverpool were known to be after Diaz but were waiting until the summer. They only came in earlier because he was about to sign for West Ham before they came calling.
