Two honking teams, very little quality on display.

C-PATZ coming on for Wednesday.

Edit. He's been told to sit back down on his arse.

Tommy Brown

Patrick Roberts scores in stoppage time to put Sunderland in the final.

He was a very good player for Celtic a few years back when on loan from Citeh.

Thought he would play higher grade.

Big chance for Sunderland.

Utter dogshit of a game.

The quality was piss poor, although I did enjoy Dr Funk doing his Lord Melchett impression

English commentators when foreign players are diving in Europe go into hysterics.

English commentators when players are diving in EPL - silence.

Ref being nice and lenient to allow Fabinho to commit as many fouls as he wants with no card.

Also lovely rake down Luiz's leg with foul being given to Liverpool.

Still think Liverpool will win as Villa under Gerrard are bang average.

Same as Scottish commentators to be fair.

Jordan Henderson has been indulging in clips of Mikey Stewart. Since he's come on, he's provided a masterclass in pointing and contributed little else.

If Stevie G is Villa manager next season, they will be battling relegation.

Got lucky last season at Rangers and slowly sinking at Villa.

Villa have a good squad of players, and a pretty poor management team imo.

Leeds are going down. That is all.

Suggested as much on match day one on here to some derision. They're rubbish.

Edit: derision is a bit strong, that came later in the season from their resident cheerleader 😂

Dirty Leeds lose the plot again.

James sent off.

Slightly disagree. Tackle wasn't great but ref couldn't wait to get red card out and had just had run in with James a minute or so before.

He's a dreadful referee who loves being centre of attention.

De Bruyne hat-trick in the first half. What a player he is.

Mercenary only there for the money

Indeed. Though didn’t turn up last week when they really needed him.

Everton get 7 points from their last three games.

Leeds get 0.

They're probably going to get what they need but beating Chelsea and Leicester and drawing with already-relegated-Watford is pretty telling of what a mess this season has been for them.

Man City cruising towards title. Can't see them slipping up now.

Liverpool can make do with being a good cup side but 1 league title with all the talent they have available is a poor return.

deBruyne is a different class.

Sterling is an excellent player too.

Who are the weirdos in the Villa end standing with their phones primed to video a Liverpool goal from that free kick?

City can basically afford to lose a game, and will still win the league on their GD unless Liverpool run riot.  Can't see City losing anyway, they've only got the league to focus on.

1 title against a City team who have probably been the best team in the world In the last 4/5 years 🤔. I wonder how many “Fergie” would win at United if they had a Man City or Liverpool challenging them in todays football.

Is or was? He was crap tonight. And crap when he made his recent cameo performances in Champions League.

Of course it may change between now and the end of the season but a comparison of trophies Klopp's won with Liverpool vs Chelsea in the same time period is interesting given the gushing attention Liverpool get.

I’m not on here for a Scotland v England debate.

That’s basically what has driven your post, isn’t it?

Much as I hated almost every team he was with,  wherever he went he was successful.

He'd still have Man United up there.

Fairly lazy deflection attempt.

Feel free to watch the City match back tonight and argue that Sterling is still an excellent player.

It's a thing I've seen .

If a team took 40,000 to an away game.

Leeds would have took more.

It's funny.
