Dundee have voted no. There is evidence that this is the case.

That is it. Done and dusted.

Not if it wasn’t signed properly.

No reason to be confident we’re not in for a shafting.

Staggering listening to Scott Gardener here. Couldn't make this up.

Hearing it, its first real strong argument against all this.

Dundee voted no. You cannot change your vote after you've dropped it in the ballot box. Dundee voted, there is no dubiety whatsoever. The SPFL didnt get the result they wanted so are upto shenanigans. If you really do believe there is not a court case here, then you really are a sandwich short of a picnic.

There’s enough for a legal challenge.

It's not the signing of it. The SPFL claim not to have received it at all.

This guy could have explosive documentation.

It would be nice if Dundee, ICT and Partick had CC’d each other into their voting emails!!

As I said earlier at what point does this become a potential criminal case for fraud?

If Dundee fans are listening to this, surely they will demand their club do the right thing here?

So this is all I can find, this was before the playoffs were brought in. It must’ve been changed at some point after this. I’m sure someone will know. Here’s FF on it.

Surely there is either a digital footprint or there isn’t.

ICT showing a level of integrity unrivalled in Scottish football. Bravo. If we need to I will be up there every time we play them from now on.

Great integrity by ICT turning down £330,000 in cash when they are “one knee down” as they say. Rest of them putting short term financial cash boost ahead of sporting integrity

To be fair, they do get promotion if the leagues are restructured!!

But still my 2nd favourite Scottish club.

So ICT, who publicly said they were skint last week, missing out on £330k which they would have received next week because they wanted to do what they thought was right.

If Sky did demand all their money back because it was a void season, surely subscribers would be able to do the same and demand their money back from Sky on the same basis?

Exactly. Why would Sky ask for ALL their money back - subscribers have paid for it and they've also had the advertising revenue for all those games they aired.

Scott Gardiner didn't want to make a decision that would financially hurt another member club.

If only others had that selfless point of view eh?

Especially when he just pointed out if the vote was passed they would have got £330k next week which would have made such a difference to them.
