You've just introduced group training ground sessions, that's not what this is about. Social distancing regulations stop that.

I thought that’s what the English clubs were doing soon (Scottish Premiership too) - I assumed it was the full squads training with social distancing but maybe they’re limited to doing it in small groups?

Re training / furlough debate, we’ll soon find out when the Scottish Premiership clubs return to training whether they come off furlough or not.

Indeed. This is why we will end up in court.

I've said already. Clubs not being willing (or able) to play has massive implications.

A knock on affect that could kill Scottish football.

Providing stability during the emergency period is precisely what is needed.

Right Gordon and Currie.

If you have anyone from Ross County, Hamilton or St. Mirren on, make sure you get an apology from them to Ann Budge.

Oh and Ayr and Dunfermline and Forfar and Stenhousemuir and Elgin and Peterhead and so on.....

If what AB said is true all the lower league clubs are getting shafted. They should be grabbing this offer with both hands.

Dickless Gordon still doesn't get it. He just says reconstruction dead in the water. But in conjunction with the free money on offer reconstruction can work even better.

It's becoming apparent to me the only way we play in the Premiership is if a club in the top flight goes to the wall!

She's technically offering them a gift to save them to push us into the SPL.

And a loan to save them, if we take them to court.

Doncaster is a joke. He should be the one trying to bring money into the game for everyone's benefit, but he can't even be bothered talking about it or getting a sponsor for the league. He should be resigning today.

They get the chance on Monday to take responsibility and work with clubs to produce solutions.

Second chance because it's what they should have done at the start.

Is that McInnes on now (had to top the glass up)?  Dickless just referred to "Cormack Park" for training and if that's the sheep shaggers then Cormack's got some ego calling the training facility after himself.

Basically, no need for recon as it doesn't fix/address  the problems the non Prem clubs face.

The wee clubs should be allowed to decide for themselves.

The league rules don't allow it but we're not playing football any time soon so **** that.

Refuses to acknowledge  his club (amongst others) put Hearts into a division that cannot play football any time soon even tho they have the financial power to do so. In short, if Hearts go bust that's fine so long as the tin pot clubs can start up when it suits them.

Not a single suggestion from them or any other shitty little club as to how they intend to see out the season (in whatever form that might be).  Simply "do nothing" as it costs them nothing.

What are these issues though??!

I'm so confused on why the lower league chairmen are taking such offence at Budge.  Name the issues they face so they might be tackled.

Its like dealing with bloody children.

Its for reasons like this I really want an excuse to be done with football. An absolute farce. I hope we go legal and sue the ****ing lot of them out of existence.

I think she made it quite clear that she is reluctant to go down this route but people should be in no doubt that unless things change she will. I still think that is where we will land up. The SPFL Board is the domain of complete imbeciles.  That’s becoming increasingly clear after listening to Ann Budge today.

I wouldnt surprise me if  some club chairman are so full of spite and narrow mindedness that they might even be against the philanthropy helping them.

What was she saying about offering the diddy clubs money?  The thought of that actually makes me sick.  Firstly I wouldn’t give them the steam off my pish and secondly this will be I interpreted by the usual suspects as tying to buy votes.  Is this another own goal? What was the context (I can’t bring myself to listen to that program anymore)?

I might be off base here but Ann seemed to indicate the financial gift that her associates are offering is directly aimed at the lower league clubs struggling or unwilling to play behind closed doors and covering testing costs and not a general payout to the SPFL which could end up in the hands of premiership clubs.

10th June for our premiership clubs, Hearts? No idea.

Not quite.    There will now be a scramble to take ownership of the money on offer with no obligation to do anything else.     All of them will demand it if it's on offer and not think twice about seeing it as a no obligation gift.

I actually think it is really clever. It removes this self-interest dismissal of the discussion and refocuses the discussion on what the game needs. Now Doncaster has the headache rather than throwing the sop out that would be ignored. Budge has turned the tables on them in ignoring the game's interests, beefing up the duty of care aspect in court.
