Many instances of confrontations in hospitals. It's morally bankrupt to contribute to the burden on the NHS through willfull choice to remain unvaccinated. If you chose to not get a vaccine and must pay for treatment. I can see smokers being the next target. If you choose to smoke, you will be pay for future lung treatments etc. It would open up the floodgates to milk the public for all sorts of choices they are making. I think I read that the Pzifer anti-viral will be cheaper than the Merck one as well. But Pfizer will make billions from this and rightly so.
