We seam to be getting a handle on this virus thanks to better understanding of how to treat it and the majority of people following the rules. If we stay the course and ignore the psychopaths and deniers then we will be able to get back to as near normal as possible. Idiots will always be idiots and spread the virus. To claim that we are “virus free” as a nation, I assume we would have to be in a position where there had been no new infection for a significant period of time ( maybe a month or so). If increased cases are just leading to no or very mild symptoms and hospital admissions are not going up then we would be getting a stage nearer Phase 4 imo. They have tested positive for a coronavirus not covid 19. In most cases this is not a virus present at the time of the test but something they have had previously hence the reason they have no symptoms.
