Lambo85 Posted April 26, 2019 Share Posted April 26, 2019 (edited) Its a bit annoying that I was logged in to e-tickets for 9am and could have had a great seat in Section C4 or C5 but because I chose to wait for Ticketmaster to resolve the problem with buyng an adult ticket, I am now stuck with a seat behind the goals. I realise its not Hearts fault but they need to get Ticketmaster sorted out. Pissed off Ive had to pay £6 admin fee for my tickets too after that shambles. I cant be arsed waiting half an hour on the phone to try and change the seats now. We got our tickets so I just need to get over it and just be happy that I will be there. I started to write out the process for you all the share but gave up the will to live - 5 frustrating attempts to book online thwarted, 47 calls to the ticket line - after 3 hours the girl confirms my initial online booking was successful despite the payment process timing out and no confirmation email sent out. Relieved I have my C5 ticket but **** am I annoyed I've just needlessly being panicking for 3 hours trying to get a ticket as I didn't think it had gone through. see you all at Hampdump !!!! The lady said they have a list of folk to call back so took my contact details & said they will get it all sorted. I had given up for a while as I needed to go out and as I returned home I wondered if the Ad Blocker I use on this laptop was causing the problem so I logged on via Firefox on an old laptop with no Ad Blocker and did the transaction in about 3 minutes.
