As we all know his greatest concern now and always has been is that the shield of the office is about to be removed in a little over 2 weeks time. It's a recorded incitement to commit election fraud. Which may be in part why Raffensberger released it. He's smart enough not to trust Trump and what Trump may later say. Its funny I listened to the call, to me it was more of the same, the only thing that made me sort of smile, while just shaking my head was the statement that votes were made by dead people. Surely a more true statement would have been votes were made by persons using the identification of dead people. He has made that statement on numerous occasions since the election, you would think someone would correct him, or is he that frightening and threatening that they are afraid to do so, remember he has the button at his finger, and there are many who say he wants, and may carry out an action against Iran, if he goes like some of the movie characters in the past who were similarly mentally unstable who has the balls to step in and stop him, my opinion, no one. It has also been suggested that if he did prior to the Inauguration he could use some existing power to continue his Presidency in a time of armed conflict. It's hard to pick out "highlights" from his incoherent babbling but that bit struck me as well. It had me wondering how a 'stable genius' who knows 'all the best words' could struggle so badly to put any of those words into a meaningful order.
