Tuesday 5th March 2019

Borussia Dortmund v Tottenham Hotspur (agg. 0-3)

Real Madrid v Ajax (agg. 2-1)

I would expect both Spurs and Madrid to go through this evening.

Wednesday 6th March 2019

FC Porto v Roma (agg. 1-2)

PSG v Manchester United (agg. 2-0)

Going for Porto and Paris in these games.  Surely there is no way back for Man. Utd?  An early goal though, and who knows what may happen.

Doubt it. They've got half a team playing.

Not sure if ManU really wanted to annoy PSG.

PSG could have had 3 or 4 already.

1-2 United! Game back on.

Man U players don't half like a roll around on the deck. Thought it was supposed to be the foreigners who were into that?

Sexton Hardcastle

DDR just a joy to watch. Shame Roma didn’t get 60/70 mins out of him tonight.

Still in the tie.

Honestly couldn’t tell you one thing Ashley Young is good at

Well he's just gone to centre back so might be good there.

United are very lucky

PSG hopeless at playing in the rain on a wet pitch in front of goal. Would fancy them at Tynecastle!

United are clueless beyond the halfway line. Literally have no idea what to do.

Ooft, a VAR penalty for United!

Not a penalty, ball is going well over, if it was on target it probably wouldn't hit his arm!

So close range, a hard shot, arm in natural position.

Booooo.

Need a VAR for the VAR.

Ref didn't think it was a penalty at the time

But then him having seen a VAR review showing the ball hit the arm, he's probably under pressure to really focus on on that rather than the actual play of things

Big shambles this VAR review

I don’t think any Man U players even shouted for a pen!!!

Who ever hit the shot did.

I like VAR but it shouldn't be used for something like that. His arm isn't that far out, he's not denied a goal or anything and his got his back turned.

The VAR team should have looked at it and gone with the refs original decision.

But that's exactly the type of thing it is used for. It worked in the workd cup but it's just mental now.

Crazy stuff. Personally I thought it was a penalty.
