Bauld Posted August 24, 2018 Share Posted August 24, 2018 (edited) I suspect the medical was aimed closely at his hamstrings etc. When he was with us the first time Robbie spoke about how they carefully managed his training even going as far as changing his running style to take the strain off his hamstrings. Basically his body couldn't handle its own power. It would appear that the clubs he went to after us have not been as careful with him and he has suffered as a result. It could be that Teplice have found their replacement striker and we may be able to get Vanecek in this week. No mention of the medical in the headline - and I'm sure they'd have put it there if they had firm info. Of course, Hearts may be using medical issues as an excuse to buy some time.
