All I heard was its to do with money between MK and Sow - I would lying if I said no re loan as I genuinely don't know.

The obvious answer would be that Something has shown up on Sow's medical that would make signing him a considerable risk.

Squinty baws - I told youse earlier.

He didn't fail the medical.

It's to do with severance from MK that's delaying things.

That’s what I said, he didn’t fail the medical if you read my post.

I put my large boaby (according to Mrs PTBCAL ?) on a thread about 7-8 days ago who we were very confident of getting in.

He has his own thread here tonight ?

Was it not highly irregular that someone just happened to be available at the offices to register a player on a Saturday? Has it ever happened for non OF, or since?

Celtic fans I recall said it was only fair after Jim Farry did something to hamper the signing of Cadete.

Or some such conspiracy.

So, who else is worth listening to?

PTB and 1874robbo (in particular) are very good.  1874robbo gets almost every line-up spot on week in week out and he’s the one to look out for on a Saturday.

I don’t know , Daza is usually there or there abouts , would say PTB and robbo are the top two , Notts when he’s about is usually clued up. Most of the rest seem like they’ve been in your wine cellar when they post ITK stuff

If he hasn't failed his medical and the issue is now money between Sow and MK Dons, then I think we have our player. Debut v St Mirren next weekend?

To think what we could of achieved with the money Romanov chucked at randoms.

So many mistakes, dropping Pinilla, paying £650,000 for Beslija, sacking Burley, signing some absolute diddies

Still wouldn't change it though.

Beslija was actually £850,000!

Still our most expensive signing. ?

That’s ****ing tragic. The amount of cash we’ve spunked on players who hardly even graced our stadium.

Not sure how accurate this'll be but I was told this morning that Sow is only a back up option if we don't get the Vanecek deal done before the window 'slams' shut.

CL said he was giving Teplice until close of play yesterday otherwise he would go with Plan B. If your source is correct we should hear soon.

I'm greedy but I'd like to have them both

This is what I was thinking it makes sense. Hearts want Vanacek now but if Teplice don't want yo play ball then Sow is a good temporary option.

Im sure Sow would be made aware of this after discussions

It could work out well for us. If we end with the Sow option we get a player who basically has 4 months to make himself completely indispensable to us.

That can only benefit Hearts

I’d love to have both. Injuries, suspensions and competition for places. It can only be a good thing.

Osman Sow’s return to Hearts is hanging in the balance with Tynecastle officials now considering other potential signings to reinforce their attack. The Swedish forward visited Tynecastle Park on Thursday to discuss a loan move from MK Dons but the deal hit difficulties after a medical examination. (Edinburgh Evening News)
