If Santini or his agent are just trying to get his name in the papers then fine, so be it, but I sincerely hope we have already properly followed up on what appears on the face of it to be a genuine application from a manger with some pedigree. If we are ruling him out, or he's ruling himself out immediatly then lets FFS here it from Hearts officially. Not saying anything is just feckin RUDE !!! There is overwhelmingly convincing evidence that it hasnt been given in the past. (unless you really believe that Frail was) That being the case I think it falls upon those who think that 100% control IS NOW being offered and WILL be followed through...TO PROVE IT. I cannot remember the percentage he quoted, but he did say that the manager would only have {insert percentage here} of control. Btw, it was definitely less than 100%.
