doctor jambo
Just now, Boris said: But this is where it is a scam...if they had said Hard Brexit, would they have won? probably not but to a large extent democracy is illusory. governments also have a role to protect the public from themselves, and to protect minorities from the majority that would do them harm We are about to have our EU citizenship stripped from us, based on the votes of people who had not the faintest what they were voting for ( as the "yes" campaign were) If you do not fully understand what is happening , then you should not vote
Victorian
That's why there should be a vote to stop Brexit or a vote to sanction the Brexit settlement. It doesn't deny the democratic will of the public because the public were deceived. Democracy was abused. The government are beyond trust to continue with this project. There must be pause and a serious consideration for another vote. Why would anyone fear another vote?

Indeed If the lessons of the world cup show us something , its that a people should not be judged by the actions of their ruling elite The EU are self serving (as a body) The UK govt the same, the Scottish parliament the same I'd welcome another vote- or the right to retain my EU passport- a right that has been extended to those born in NI, but not anywhere else

Heartsofgold
It's time to stop this nonsense. Brexit was a terrible idea at the start and it's only gotten worse as time has gone on. 2nd referendum needed so that the people that were duped by the lies (which have now been shown in the public eye) that the Leave campaign ran on can reverse their vote.
