That rangers radio is comedy gold

"The new lads look decent"

Might struggle in the Luxembourg league though

Got to be good news for us.  They have spent season ticket money bringing in new players, hoping for a decent European run to recoup the money.  Their cash flow projections have been thrown up in the air tonight.  This result is a disaster for them.

The manager seems to be clueless and it will cost money to replace him, even if they decide to resign him like they did with Warburton.  Even if they got a decent manager in, there is no guarantee he will get any more out of the new recruits and they do not have the money to start bringing in replacements.

This is the single best result in European history for this country and its progress as a footballing nation, pun intended. We've blindly followed the thinking that what's good for Celtic and Rangers is good for us and this is where it has taken us. Rangers aren't the rangers the media want them to be. Rangers aren't the rangers their fans want them to be. Rangers aren't the rangers Jamie Walker wants them to be. It's going to take years and years for that to sink in but in the long run its results like that which will slowly open people's eyes. If Rangers had came up last year and fell back into challenging Celtic and winning trophies, things like league reconstruction, fairer distribution of wealth, grass roots football, better development leagues etc etc would've been put on the back burner never to be mentioned again. This footballing country is set up for Rangers and Celtic and without nights like tonight we will just continue to head into oblivion. Tonight is a fantastic result for the rest of us. It will force rangers, in the long run, into living within their means or over spending and finally dying, both are win win for us. The media waking up and realising that Rangers, as they knew them, are dead will hopefully mean fairer coverage, better pundits, better representation. Folk like Mikey Stewart. He's become a prominent fixture on our TV's/radios and he's a breath of fresh air compared to the usual old firm cheerleaders. The further Rangers fall behind, the better for everyone, believe me! What a night!

God bless progress!

Of course with Rangers' new careful financial management they won't have budgeted for a run in Europe.

Scotland should reject the European places. Gibraltar Luxembourg twice and Maltese teams have beaten Scotland's top 4 club's in the last 12 months.

We can laugh at Rangers but they are far from alone.

Iv'e said this for over a year.

Us keeping them down was stage 1.

them not winning a cup was stage 2. Unfortunately, hib were the ones to benefit. However this allowed stage 3 to unfold

stage 3 was them finishing behind Aberdeen.

Stage 4 is tonight.

Stage 5, hopefully ne manager by Xmas, financial concerns and us finishing above  them, maybe along with Aberdeen and NO European football. this would lead to stage 6.

another  new manager, again and the financial concerns become a meltdown as their fans start to drop off, only 1 or2k at first, but given time, who knows.

Anything that keeps things from returning to what they were pre Sevco is good, it might just take longer for it to be realised, as some as you say are long term.

Worst result in Scottish football history IMO

What an embarrassment

Just to remind you I called the appointment of Pedro out as a disaster when it was made. His signings this summer have only confirmed things.

Which is why he must stay for at least a season!

Also heard the fans were making their disappointment known, hopefully this will get is of the shitbags, and tell the players what is expected."

Bottom of the barrel

We can and we will.

The Gibraltar scores means he- haw.

We got beat of a team that had scored more than a goal in Europe in it's history, or was it two. we also have about 1/4 of rangers budget and it was the second round, not the first, we beat the part time team 6-2 in the first round.

The other one, Saints? again the budget thing stands.  Maybe they'll surprise  us.

Rangers have spent and recruited with the aim of Europa league football or at least getting put out by a top team.

Not many Scottish teams have done well in Europe, but this is the mcstinky mcstinkups of mc****ups  by rangers.

As Bauld says, everything that goes wrong for them is better for  us. Everything.

Stage 2 has fek all to do with their current state.

but it did, stopped them getting all excited, winning their first silverware, media hyperdrive, Europe, confidence. It all did, its unfolding just as I forseen and hoped, long may it continue. ( a sc win would have bought the bread man time, thus we might not have seen what is happening now). Its like when you read a history book, things that didn't seem important at the time and even things that did, somehow meant something bigger or better/ worse happened, but no one knew that at the time ( obviously)

It goes right back to the fact the expected to come up first time, they never. The club and fans thought by now they would have been comfortably second and probably won at least one cup.

The whole thing has been ****ed up by us from the start and continued.

Behave yourself this result is beyond any of the others.

For a start at least Hearts got through the first round and secondly Bircara had given West Ham a game the year previous.

They had a bit of form.

This mob that Sevco have lost to are FOURTH in the mighty Luxembourg league.

Also we didn't spend a fortune to try and get to the group stages.

Stop being so high and mighty and enjoy the fun like normal Hearts fans.

Has to be a parody account, but a parody of what? Shame to think there are people out there who are actually like that.
