Internal UK Market bill due in commons any time now, with an 80 seat majority it'll fly through.

Huge power grab by England. Wales and Scotland are raging.

Tories pulling down Saltires in Coldstream, now. Digging the Union's grave by the day.

Just "having a few free hits" in response to the "constant stream of racist actions and remarks" from the nationalists, who are of course represented as a whole only by the rhetoric and actions of the absolute worst of them. For example, blatant anti-English racism on Jambos Kickback.

That's of course the exact thing many Tory backers and Unionists do, among other things ignoring the power imbalance between Westminster and individual millions of supporters of Scottish independence, ignoring centuries of propagandising on behalf of the benefits of the Union, in order to create false equivalencies and try to slide them by and paint Indy supporters as nothing but anti-English radical racists, not regular folk seeking the redress of systemic and widespread injustices and the opportunity to best care for themselves and their communities.

Doesn't seem like it ought to be difficult to be consistent on this no matter the specific issue or country where it's happening, but I suppose pre-existing prejudices against particular types of people can muddy the waters for some folk.

You need to stop taking things to heart, JZ.

I hope racism becomes a thing of the past, doesn’t mean I can't get angry at being declared as a racist, because I'm white or think Scotland should be independent. And no I don't take things personally, most of the time or I'd lose my shit every 10 minutes.

If anyone had any doubts about WHY Corbyn was relentlessly hunted, hounded , stalked and character assassinated, then look no further than the  hard right , Thatcherism and  Blairites too.

So is no one going to pull up and correct Boris the clown at PMQs today, ranting and raving like a fecking demeted  wlarus on the NHS , track and trace system. This system has nothing to do with the NHS.

It is RUN as a private contract by a firm OWNED by Tory failure  Dido Harding.

They alone OWN this fiasco , leave the NHS alone.

Utter fecking replite of a man, making out like it was the   creation and implication of the   NHS, when nothing could be further from the truth.

And to make matters worse , the leader of the opposition is. a one Keir Starmer, lets look a bit deeper at this squeaky clean character.

Yip ,a former  shadow BREXIT Sec,  who gave us SIX unworkable tests and steered us  towards a PV.

He know REINVENTS himself as a leader of , yes, the opposition.

The duplicity  here is fecking staggering.

It was only truly ever about ousting Corbyn. And condemning the less well of and all those in shit paid jobs ect to  the mercy of their enemies, yip ,  to another  FIVE years of Tory rule,

Today thousands of people are still being told to travel hundreds of miles to get tested or simply can't get a COVID-19 test...yesterday Boris Johnson promised to give the private sector over £100bn (the annual budget of our #NHS) to provide mass testing!!

Moonshot - meaning: “in a technology context, is an ambitious, exploratory and ground-breaking project undertaken without any expectation of near-term profitability or benefit and also, perhaps, without a full investigation of potential risks and benefits.”

Boris is lining his mates pockets  with my, your and the taxpayers money.

The exact same scenario with the "private" contract awarded to the  "track and trace"  shit fest.

Just a reminder that the TORY party, yes the TORY party and not commie Corbyn,  ALLOWED a 100 year old WAR veteran to do laps to fund the NHS, (Tory cuts and underfunding), so they did not have to.

And then were SHAMED into FEEDING fecking CHILDREN by a Premier League footballer. (Rashford).

Have no doubts ,they  are the party  of unfair wealth re disruption, a part full of snakes, charlatans  , liars and  most of all cowards who hate the poor, less well off, they are the enemies of ordinary people.

Just pointing it out i have never done Grouse shooting so would not no. Fox hunting is another ball game.

Just would also like to point out that i would be very surprised, that after, and BEFORE,  the actual shooting ,  these privileged few would mingle anyway. Its not about the distancing at the actual shooting its what is done BEFORE and AFTER.  I am sure COVID 19 does not give a feck either way.

Seems a very large number of people in some polls and on line petitions are extremely pissed off with this.

So it doesn't matter what they're doing then if the problem is before and after?

I've been out about a dozen days so far and the social distancing is rigorously adhered to, so, if people are mixing before and after an event, what does it matter what that event is?

Clay pogeon shooting, Partridge shooting, Duck shooting, Fishing is all allowed so what's the problem? Elitism?

The Home Office has been absolutely ripped into by a cross-party committee.

 The Public Accounts Committee says:
“We are concerned that if the department does not make decisions based on evidence, it instead risks making them on anecdote, assumption and prejudice.”

“The Home Office has frighteningly little grasp of the impact of its activities in managing immigration. It shows no inclination to learn from its numerous mistakes across a swathe of immigration activities – even when it fully accepts that it has made serious errors."

“It accepts the wreckage that its ignorance and the culture it has fostered caused in the Windrush scandal – but the evidence we saw shows too little intent to change, and inspires no confidence that the next such scandal isn’t right around the corner.”

The committee reiterated criticism by the National Audit Office, saying the department had not estimated the illegal population in the UK since 2005 and had “no answer” to concerns that “potentially exaggerated figures calculated by others could inflame hostility towards immigrants”.

The Home Office does not know whether hostile environment policies deterred illegal migration, while a lack of evidence and significant lack of diversity at senior levels has created blind spots in the organisation, the report said.

So there we have it.

Teresa May started all this shite and Patel is just making it worse.

The Home Office is institutionally racist/xenophobic and utterly clueless on what it's policies are actually achieving.

Just as an aside, I was listening to LBC this morning and they had ain interview with a Guardian/Telegraph journalist who was in a boat on the channel shadowing a boat of migrants which was approached by the French navy/Coastguard who approached the boat, which was clearly in difficulties, gave them life jackets and bottled water then escorted the boat for around a mile until it was safely into British waters then buggered off back towards Calais! :gok:

That group of male refugees that were deported to Spain a few weeks ago spent a week on the streets of Madrid then hitched their way up through France and now they're at Calais ready to attempt another crossing.

Feck me.

Let's start again.

It is  NOT me who is the expert  on Grouse shooting and how those who do  socially distance, it was YOU who came across as in the "know" who pulled me up .

You seem to DEFENDING Grouse shooting , hunting in fact by LARGE groups of people, WHY??

Lets refresh were my main point was.

If i or YOU meet in a group LARGER than SIX people WE will be BREAKING the LAW. WE agree on that yes???

BUT, if you"re  a  WEALTHY landowner , releasing and shooting birds for FUN, whilst ILLEGALLY killing RARE birds of prey in LARGE groups, you CAN meet in groups of 29, yes 29 people.

Now ask yourself WHY is that, could it be that while not trying to be a clever smart arse , the MAIN reason is that you DONATE to the government. Boris has been outed as receiving thousands for such gatherings,

Families BANNED from meeting up , neighbours told to spy and grass on each other, care homes fearing a second spike , but dont worry this  insidious fecker of a tory cabinet of millionaires with VESTED monetary interests and THEIR chumps can still go fecking hunting and shooting in groups of 29. Which i may add will be more than 29 , why, cause they will get away with it.

You really seemed to have missed my original point.

Either way this does NOT set an FAIR example of civil liberties for all but just for , as you put it ,the elite.

You me, and jimmy oan the street cannae even imagine what 29 grouse shooting Tory donors will do when it comes to them giving an actual feck about SOCIAL distancing BEFORE and AFTER the actual gathering  when they do their shooting.

That was my point,  me speaking of one who never has ,or ever will take part in grouse shooting or hunting, in  regards to social distancing BEFORE and AFTER the shoot.

Do they all meet up at Lord feckwits manner for a few brandys BEFORE and AFTER the shoot, do they indeed give a feck about social distancing when they do, like feck they do.

My point is that you seem to have a problem with "wealthy" and "land owners" rather than the restrictions. I was pointing out the inaccuracy of the cartoon you posted. "Large numbers of people" do not go shooting on a day, 8 or occasionally 9 guns shoot on a day.

You're correct when you say you're not an expert, the fact that you said lerge numbers of Grouse are reared and released it's obvious you don't know much about the subject!

Every profession has it's bad apples, Gamekeepers are no exception, but persecutions and prosecutions are at a record low and this year was a record breaking year for the Hen Harrier in England and all but two nests were on Grouse moors.

I've not missed your point origional but just want to point out where the inaccuracies are.

I am definitely defending Grouse shooting and moor management, it's how I earn a living and see the benefits on a daily basis, you may not like it, fine, but try and keep accurate when you talk about it.

Other outside sports are going on, maybe not soon, but when I relied to you, my point is that on a days shooting social distancing is easy to adhere to.

The main issue with the "toff sports" clauses is that they were not included in the first draft of the bill and the bill was 4 hours late to parliament because they were specifically requested to be added by the toff-est Tory MPs.

IF they had been included in the first draft and lumped in with normal sports then it wouldn't be so much of an issue.

For the tabling of the bill to be late because they wanted specific bloodsports to be made exempt at the 11th hour is where the problem is.

The problem is with "wealthy" and "land owners" and "special treatment", the latter always being the conveniently left out bit by those loyally doing the bidding of the powerful and dismissing the outsized, undemocratic sway they always have.

They were asked to be added specifically I think to avoid confusion when the announcement came out, some people thought shooting was covered and some didn't.
