BIDCO can take over the running of the club but BDO won't step aside until they have overseen that everything is being handled correctly by BIDCO. No, but as I understand it once the S&P complete ann will move in and we can start to take the club forward, sell season tickets etc we will also effectively be able to sign players although we will not be able to register them until formal out of admin. It is the registration of those players we need to wait on. I think most would recognise that signing players would include registration as part of the process.
