Tommy Brown
Greenland (cinema HD) On advice from my oldest son. My advice, don't bother. God damn disaster movie, and a very poor one. Gerald Butler in lead role. My son has been ridiculed in no uncertain terms. Lost Girls (Netflix) Earthy, true story drama in New Jersey. Good watch, but disturbing. I'm also still stunned @ri Alban Slagging off Dead Man's Shoes. Edited January 10, 2021 by Tommy Brown

Trust me it was Rod and Brit in 72. He had taken her to a Hibs v Celtic game which Celtic won 4-2. I had been at the game with my pal George Reilly from Pirniehall primary School. He recognised Rod, I didnt. Six weeks later saw their picture in the Sunday Post. I was nine lol. Born April 63.

George ran into a newsagents and was saying to the woman behind the counter, I've just spoken with Rod Stewart. I was at the door thinking. Who is Rod Stewart. Six weeks later so a picture of them together in the Sunday Post.

And just discovered that hilariously Dougray Scott was cast as Wolverine in the original X-Men film but had to drop out as he was signed up to another film and couldn’t get out of it. Then they offered it to Russell Crowe but he wasn’t available so suggested his mate Hugh even though he was mainly a stage actor in musicals. And the rest was history. Nae luck Dougray. Think Dougray was still filming mission impossible 2 with Tom Cruise and couldn't film x men. Missed out on a career changer and saw his team get pumped off the big team 🤣🤣🤣 (Did get married to Claire Forlani though 😎)

HMFC01
Blindfire 7/10 Was boring for a bit. Then it unravels. Not bad, not great, it's different which gives it a pass. It's about a us cop who gets into trouble... I'll leave it there. The Iron Mask: Started off well with the introduction, a short detailed story of the films purpose. Was feeling excited at that point, then got disappointing. Jackie Chan, Arnold Swarzenegger have parts in it. That kept it appealing but not great either. Not my kind of film, others might like it. 6/
Lovecraft
The Irishman. The length of film at 3 hour 30 mins had put me off this, as I wanted give it a straight run through, but it never felt long to me at all. Great movie and great performances by everyone. 8.5/
Jamhammer
Quite enjoying the Small Axe series of films on BBC. Well, first and 3rd ones. 2nd one was about 50 mins of people dancing. I like a bit heavy dub and toasting but was bored by the end.

rudi must stay
Assassin's Creed It's a better film than given credit for in my opinion. Fassbender and Cotillard are decent, but it does feel a slog watching it and it misses something, what I think it misses is humour to be honest. It's on netflix 6/
